Responsible for the updating of configuration management tools, code, and modules for the purpose of streamlining implementation and supportability. Build and optimize comprehensive monitoring systems that’s monitoring the business’s web, micro services, and data infrastructure platforms to make sure that any service issues can be spotted as soon as possible, and the gathered data can help to troubleshoot the issues. Supports engineering teams in the implementation of lifecycle infrastructure solutions and documentation operations in order to meet the IT department’s quality and standards. Keep up with industry best practices and trends on behalf of the DevOps team and the larger engineering team. Conduct tests and implements new metrics collection systems that can be reused and applied to any site/software development project. Exploring opportunities and maintaining personal networks to add value to job accomplishments.

Estimate, design, develop and deliver features assigned to the front-end team. Able to work with the squad to achieve goals and meet expectations. Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development, and ensure the team follows industry standards. Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards. Collaborate with the product management team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time. Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring optimal performance and user

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the technical design of backend systems. Develop, test, and maintain server-side applications and APIs using industry-standard programming languages and frameworks. Design and implement scalable and secure database architectures. Implement data security and user authentication measures. Collaborate with Frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic. Build reusable code and libraries for future use. Consult with users, analyze requirements and recommend technical specifications.

Serve as the Product Owner responsible for the development and management products. Plan and define the product roadmap by coordinating with technology, marketing, and sales teams. Analyze user and stakeholder requirements to determine new features and functions for the product. Prioritize the product backlog according to the importance and necessity of development. Review and approve user stories and acceptance criteria to align with business needs. Act as a communication intermediary between the development team and other stakeholders. Analyze user data and feedback to identify deficiencies and opportunities for product improvement. Monitor and measure product performance using defined KPIs.

Design and develop mobile applications by using Flutter. Collaborate with the business teams, external parties and IT Team members in application design, code reviews and other development activities. Participate in all stages of the software development and deployment process. Follow best practices for software development and deployment. Stay updated with new technologies for efficiency. Maintain, code review, troubleshoot, debug and optimize performance.
