หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Planning and Supervision of Operations
• Develop and prepare daily production plans.
• Ensure the readiness of workforce, machinery, raw materials, and production equipment.
• Supervise and monitor production activities to meet daily production targets in terms of quantity and quality.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for machinery and equipment maintenance.
• Improvement and Development of Operational Efficiency
• Collaborate with the Quality Department to set product quality targets.
• Train and develop staff to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills per company standards.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Male, Age 30-40 Years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervisor position
• Experience in painting/coating processes will be an advantage
• Experience in CNC is preferred; however, candidates with experience in printing or varnishing are also acceptable
• Intermediate level of English proficiency.
